Beauty Aligned Esthetics

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to me directly through text, email, or you can call me. You must cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance if you are unable to come to your appointment. - Deposits are non-refundable for permanent makeup appointment. Deposits will be applied to your booked appointment and are non-transferable in the case of canceling and rescheduling in the future. - Deposits are required for all appointments booked as a place holder and is applied to the balance of your service. - No shows with no communication prior to the appointment will be charged 75% of their service booked to cover time and products disposed. - Three cancellations/reschedules in a row will result in the inability of being able to book with Beauty Aligned in the future. - Late cancellations after the 48hr period prior to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your deposit. This means that the appointment was canceled within the 48 hour window before the service and would be considered a late cancellation. - Not Confirming does not mean your appointment is Canceled. You must Cancel if you are not coming to your appointment. - Services completed are non-refundable. - I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Anything beyond that is considered a no-show. I will make an exception to this rule if I do not have a client booked directly after your appointment time. - Please understand that I do not have this policy in place to cause any inconveniences. I have clients that value my time and respect my policies. I make it a priority to be as punctual as possible for my clients, as they have booked a service time that works best for them. I want Beauty Aligned to reflect that it is a professional, organized, fun, and relaxing environment. This is a place where people treat themselves to some beauty services and get away from life stressors. I want everyone to have the best experience possible at Beauty Aligned, therefore these policies are put in place for that very reason. I appreciate your understanding and business more than you know!
